1. Introduction Welcome to Ashcroft Physiotherapy Clinic. These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of all physiotherapy services provided by Ashcroft Physiotherapy Clinic to you, the client. By booking an appointment with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Appointments and Cancellations a. Booking: Appointments can be booked via [e.g., our website, phone, email, or in person]. You will receive a confirmation of your appointment once it has been scheduled. b. Punctuality: We kindly request that you arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your session may be shortened to avoid a delay for the next client. c. We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. d. Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, a cancellation fee of [50% of the full appointment fee] may be charged. No-Shows: If you fail to attend your appointment without any prior notification (a "no-show"), the full appointment fee will be charged.
3. Fees and Payments a. Fee Structure: Details of our current fees for all services are available on our website or at our clinic reception. Fees are subject to change. 5. Professional Conduct a. HCPC Registration: All our physiotherapists are fully qualified and registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). We adhere to the professional standards and code of conduct set by the HCPC and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). b. Your Responsibilities: To assist with your treatment, you agree to follow the advice and instructions given by your physiotherapist. We are not responsible for any injury or adverse outcome if you do not follow our advice. c. Feedback: We welcome your feedback on our services. If you have a complaint or concern, please contact us directly so we can resolve the issue promptly and professionally.
6. Limitation of Liability a. We will not be liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to you or your property on our premises, except where such injury, loss, or damage is caused by our negligence. b. While we strive to provide the highest standard of care, we cannot guarantee a specific outcome from your physiotherapy treatment. c. Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the value of the fees paid by you for those services.
7. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
